Financial Management for Small Business Owners

Cence acted as host employer for a Skills Programme funded by Services SETA.

257 Candidates were trained in Financial Management for Small Businesses (NQF Level 4) with the following focus areas:

• Viability and Feasibility Research
• Marketing
• Financial Management
• Tendering

Training commenced in January 2016 and combined the implementation of individual development plans, either through business support for those candidates with their own businesses, or through the sourcing of employment opportunities.
